5 Star Customer Service I'm giving SnugCity 5 stars because of their excellent, insurpassable Customer Service. A good company not only provides you with a good product but also excellent customer service (especially when something goes wrong). I was given a SnugCity single mattress topper as a gift, it is excellent quality. So I wanted to buy another for my wife for the other side of our £7k adjustable Opera bed for an extra luxurious feel and extra comfort (basically 2 large single beds fitted together with £1.5k mattresses on each side). When I visited the SnugCity website I couldn't find the topper I wanted and ordered a feather and down one instead. It wasn't what we expected and their was a problem with the fabric with feathers coming through which should not have occurred with the correct Cambric feather proof fabric. There was an obvious fault by the manufacturer using the wrong fabric and supplying SnugCity with an inferior product which was not their fault and not to SnugCitys standards. They took the matter very seriously and only asked me to send a photo. SnugCity made every effort to ensure the problem was resolved. They sent us a replacement Dual Layer (exactly what we wanted) by express delivery and refunded the difference we paid for the slightly more expensive faulty topper. I consider great customer service to be worth its weight in Gold and I shall certainly be buying more products from SnugCity's impressive range in the future.
